- Leading teams building next generation models in load plan optimization(>20 billion combinatorial problem without stochasticity) and linehaul optimization. - Led a diverse team of two Engineers, one Project Manager, and seven Operations Research Scientists. - Navigating team through several technological changes (Tableau to Spotfire; Oracle on-prem to GCP; Solvers - CPLEX to FICO and ILog to ESRI).

- Increased analytics in department through new technology and provided feedback to Engineers throughout development of five dashboards(Software: Spotfire) that included metrics, trending, and anomalies. - Facilitated EPICs relating to Visibility such as GPS Visibility before coaching and transferring responsibility to Engineer, helped craft Visibility roadmap, and worked with team to facilitate on small, high value initiatives through weighted shortest job first(WSJF) sessions with business and IT partners to advance strategy in this space.

- Successfully launched a new QA application under time and resource limitations allowing for visibility into QA transactions in EDW and Business Objects, as well as reporting for the first time. Worked collaboratively with IT winning IT connection award. - Managed various people and sub-teams (SmartStart, Facing, Omni-directional scan engines, rollout) associated with the Strategic Initiative, Dynamic Sort Assist, to coordinate and execute a project plan and reduce negative cost impact in first two years.

- Involved in the architecture of transitioning to a Hyperion based forecasting tool and also incorporating the use of Crystal Ball software. Developed idea to group customers not by size, but by volatility and industry. - Responsible for developing the customer forecast (all customers except the largest 25) for reforecasts as well as the Strategic Financial Roadmap - a three year outlook that used multiple forecasting modeling methodologies. - Part of cross-functional team that created and enhanced the network expansion process. This tool evaluates different growth scenarios from a financial (NPV, ROIC, MIRR) and operational (Capacity, thruput) vantage point.
