IP Components and Assemblies is responsible for managing all commercial, operational and strategic requirements for the commodity spend. The core responsibilities are the development, ownership, and execution of full lifecycle commodity strategies which include but are not limited to: Leading all aspects of the commercial relationship with the supply base and internal customers including sourcing process/budget management, benchmarking, supplier relations, Purchase Order issuance/maintenance, supply/delivery, cost savings, economic claim negotiations, etc. Leading regional and global supplier development and cross-functional communications with suppliers using a "One Voice" approach Leading a cross-functional team including partners from: Product Design Office, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Supplier Quality and Finance Frequent professional communication with senior leadership

Manage all aspects of the Supplier Quality function related to Interior Trim. Assure supplier understanding of and compliance with APQP processes and product PPAP submission and approval requirements. Review and approve supplier quality plans for new component parts and assemblies for new vehicle programs. Provide on-site launch support at supplier facilities to ensure launch readiness as required, leading up to and including program launch. Provide on-site support at FCA assembly plants as required. Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to ensure proper designs, suppliers, and manufacturing processes are selected. Drive change within both plant manufacturing and component suppliers to resolve component issues, drive warranty reduction, and oversee continuous improvement efforts. Ensure component suppliers' processes are robust and capable. Improve quality performance of suppliers by providing technical assistance in developing a robust quality system, or other technical support as required. Lead problem-solving activities with internal and external organizations. Manage key component quality milestones. Work with suppliers and engineering to develop inspection standards for parts and sub-assemblies. Determine root cause of supplier manufacturing problems and implement timely, effective, and efficient quality resolutions.

Commodities: Hard Trim and Seat Plastics Responsible for $400+ million per year Responsible managing quotations, issuing purchase orders, interfacing with suppliers/internal customers, supporting staff on program sourcing tracking and PO management, and coordinating special projects

Commodities are Interior Silencers, Engine Side Silencers, Exterior Sealing, Foam, Labels, Tape, Wheel Film, and Protective Film Responsible for $275 million buy per year Responsible managing quotations, issuing purchase orders, interfacing with suppliers/internal customers, supporting staff on program sourcing tracking and PO management, and coordinating special projects

-Commodities are Gauges & Training for Powertrain -Responsible for assisting with purchasing and negotiation materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors for Injection Mold Tooling & Gauges as well as Stamping Die Gauges -Evaluates vendor quotes and services to determine most desirable suppliers -Responsible managing quotations, issuing purchase orders, interfacing with suppliers/internal customers, supporting staff on program sourcing tracking and PO management, and coordinating special projects
