At Big 5, I was responsible for the Shoe Department of the store. When the products were delivered to the store, I supervised the organization and storage of these products in our warehouse. I supervised three people that completed this task. I also ensured the shelves in the store were properly stocked with a variety of shoe sizes, and I serviced all customers that came through the department. As I gained more experience and higher comfort in the Shoe Department, I branched off to ensure the rest of the store was operating flawlessly.
