Responsible for administration of over 430 users in a Microsoft based infrastructure. Worked regularly in the office Helpdesk. Managed user roles and access rights via DC and Microsoft Azure Cloud services. Installed and maintained server and other hardware in the local data center, remote configuration of server and switch hardware, Mac server administration, Apple MDM administration (JAMF). Decommissioned EOL hardware. Took part in the conference room design and implementation team. Maintained conference rooms (Microsoft Teams Rooms) with regular room inspections and preventative maintenance.

Responsible for over one-hundred conference rooms in the Google Hamburg office. Conduct daily and weekly room inspections to maintain a high level of service for stakeholders. Use ticketing system to keep track of current issues and resolve them within clients SLA’s. Scope of tasks includes but is not limited to; replacing damaged/defective hardware, hardware and software upgrades, FDOB readiness, room alert escalations and resolutions, work closely with systems integrators, adjusting audio levels and projector/display maintenance. Assist team members with unique issues pertaining to our SAP-based inventory system. Consulted with client on room expansions and renovations.

Responsible for onsite computer, mobile and in-office device configuration and distribution, as well as inventory management on behalf of Astreya at Google Hamburg. Maintained logs with clients via multiple ticketing systems and ensured SLA’s are met.

Designed, maintained, installed and upgraded computer systems, AV and auditorium sound systems, as well as wired and wireless network management for a campus with over 60 staff members and 1,100 students. Consulted and organized the purchase of new hardware and software. Worked closely daily with students and faculty to resolve hardware and software issues.

Responsible for managing online radio commercials for clients in various markets nationwide. Maintained digital archives for each individual client in every market. Managed team members in each market and ensured clients’ needs were met and ads ran accordingly.

Responsible for maintaining computer and AV systems on campus. Coordinated and consulted with administration on hardware and software upgrade paths. Responsible for researching and purchasing new hardware and software for the school.
