Responsible for leading an international HSE team that supports drilling operations.

Manage a team of HSE Professionals (~30) that support a 100+ rig operation. Providing daily support to Senior Managers and customers.

Provide HSE support to different Chevron entities. Assist with the updating of Chevron laboratories and chemical management systems. Develop Safe Work Procedures as requested.

Serve as ES+H representation for the Flex 4 project. The scope of the project included the fabrication and commissioning of 80+ land based drilling rigs. At peak employement there were over 350 third party contractors on the project. Key responsibilities included: - Ensure that all H&P ES+H guidlines were adhered to - Order and schedule delivery of ES+H equipment for the drilling rigs - Provide ES+H support to the project on a daily basis - Coordinate and prepare applicable envrionmental permitting requests - Coordinate/Create and provide ES+H training to 3rd party employees - Provide training to crews that operate the rigs - Serve as liason with investor groups and management visits - Develop and document JSAs for different jobs at the facility - Use multiple incident investigation techniques to identify root causes of incidents - Provide 1st aid as needed - Train employees on the Dupont "STOP" BBS program

Provide ES+H support to the DOE project. Surface water and ground water monitoring per TCEQ requirements. Serve as emergency responder in spill and fire situations. Provide QA/QC on all petroleum movments Assist in both internal and external audits ISO 90001 and 14001 lead auditor
