Manage program purchasing and invlove in acquisition program by leading program buyers and relevant plant buyers.Report hierarchically to program purchasing manager. -Contribute to the conception of the client offer; -Ensure supplier selection from the agreed supplier panel; -Direct performance follow-up during program phase to meet QCD requirement; -Manage mandated/free suppliers and fullfil global purchasing strategy and procedure in China region. -Organize program purchasing training to ensure program continuity and to contribute to knowledge management for new buyers. -Report program purchasing indicators and join BG purchasing monthly convention.

-Develop strong relationships and manage the ongoing negotiations with the suppliers in critical program if the cost are very tough. -Monitor the program:track progress by updating business plan,program dashboard,PPAI,PFM milestone and budget report and by reviews of program steps and results. -Conduct risk/opportunity analyses and develop/implement appropriate action plans -Ensure smooth program transfer from purchasing development centre to production plant

-Define QCD target according to PTM's request and Valeo standard. -Responsible for P1 project quotation,analysis&recheck suppliers' quotation and finish nomination. -Through suppliers' on-site audit, LLC activity to control new products design risk. -Communicate with Valeo Group to implement purchasing procedure -Lead -30 Project Plan and push localcation activity and gurantee suppliers to submit regular OTS/PPAP timely. -Define P1 project standard technical concept by "BRAINSTORM" and help PM to reach project gross margin.

-Purchasing import components,equipments,jigs and gages for new products.Contact domestic and oversea suppliers, confirm lead-time, guarantee delivery. -Monthly purchasing index statistics and analysis, cost-saving control, CAA quotation. -Define Valeo purchasing strattagem(SuRe),implement cost-saving plan,use Valeo Group's sources to develop better suppliers according to responsible purchasing commodity. -Cooperate with SQAE to solve quality problems and coounterclaim. -Manage global suppliers to meet budget target, through negotiation, technical improvement, QCD on-site activity,resourcing and improve logistic procedure to reach maximal cot down -Use Valeo project management Tooling-EVAL assess NBOH suppliers to make them become target suppliers
