I lead cultural direction and oversee operations at Lucky Irani Circus (LIC) and Lucky Group (media, events, and merchandise), reimagining a legacy institution based in Pakistan since 1969 into a future-facing platform for youth, storytelling, and cross-border collaboration. My focus areas: Creative Production • Design contemporary circus formats with live touring & digital extensions • Performed for a cumulative live audience of over 40 million people across Punjab and all regions of Pakistan, with a minimum daily footfall of 2,000 since 1969 • International presence in Southeast Asia • Currently exploring XR & immersive tech to future-proof audience engagement 🤝 Partnership Development (in progress) • Building a new ecosystem of co-creators, funders & cultural allies • Early-stage discussions underway with arts councils, embassies & regional platforms 🎓 Youth & Skills • Operate LIC Talent Labs and creative bootcamps • Trained 250+ emerging performers, including women and underserved youth 🌍 Cultural Diplomacy (actively evolving) • Aligning with SDG 4.7 and regional cultural policies • First pilots forming with Nordic, EU, and Global South institutions Flagship Initiative in Development Designing the Africa–Europe–South Asia Cultural Residency (2026) — a hybrid, youth-driven creative platform now seeking collaborators, funding channels, and regional hosting partners.
