I’m a Human Resources professional with 4+ years of experience supporting the full employee life cycle, from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and offboarding. I’ve worked in fast-paced environments where accuracy, confidentiality, and people-first decision-making matter. My background includes I-9 and E-Verify compliance, onboarding and orientation facilitation, employee relations support, background checks, HRIS systems, and day-to-day HR operations.
