As Product Manager at RMT Products, I am responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for our precision CNC machining services, focusing primarily on industries such as Automotive, Medical, and Robotics. My core responsibilities include: 1，Collaborating with clients to understand their specific needs and tailoring CNC machining solutions that maximize efficiency and reduce production costs. 2，Overseeing the prototyping process from concept to completion, ensuring precision and quality throughout each stage. 3，Managing batch production processes, ensuring that complex geometries and critical tolerances (down to ±0.01mm) are consistently met. 4，Coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of quality assurance, including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certifications, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. I work directly with customers to offer end-to-end solutions, from material sourcing to surface treatment (sandblasting, anodizing, powder coating, etc.), ensuring every product meets the highest quality standards.
