I am a student at York University, majoring in Communications and Media Studies with a strong interest in social media and digital marketing opportunities, particularly within sports media and brand storytelling. My academic background has given me a strong understanding of how media shapes audiences, culture, and engagement, while my practical experience in social media management has helped me develop hands-on skills in content creation, strategy, and digital communication. Through managing social media accounts, I’ve gained experience in creating and scheduling content, analyzing engagement, and adapting messaging for different platforms and audiences. This has strengthened my ability to think strategically while staying creative and detail-oriented in fast-paced environments. I am particularly interested in sports media and marketing, as well as broader social media marketing roles where I can continue building my skills in content strategy, audience growth, and digital brand development. I have experience working with tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite, and I’m comfortable across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. I enjoy combining creativity with analytics to produce content that is both engaging and intentional. Overall, I’m looking to continue growing in the digital marketing and media space, building on my experience while contributing to teams focused on impactful, audience-driven content.
