Ridecell (www.ridecell.com), a Series C IoT Fleet Automation startup, provides data insights and workflow automation for the world's largest fleets and powering the next generation shared mobility offerings including carsharing, ridesharing and autonomous ride hailing services. 20 customers, including BMW, Renault and AAA use our proven platform to launch, operate, and scale their shared mobility services. • Assisted in all aspects/ full cycle of recruitment in high growth environment--posting jobs, sourcing candidates, meeting with hiring managers, reviewing/screening resumes, scheduling and coordination, conducting interviews, and extending and/or negotiating offers • Sourced 70+ active and passive candidates daily through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and research • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Hired.com to track and manage candidate pipeline and possess hands-on experience with sourcing techniques such as recruiting on social platforms, crafting Boolean search strings, and Google xrays • Communicated and collaborated with internal stakeholders by utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver quality solutions for candidates and team members • Generated pipelines and calibrate regularly with hiring managers and hiring teams whilst meeting hiring managers expectations and developed processes that lead to 4 quality hires (3 direct hire; 1 contract) • Fostered all candidate communications while ensuring positive candidate experience at each interview stage and understanding candidates aspirations and goals • Trained and mentored 2 new recruiting interns on recruiting solutions and internal tools, reducing onboarding time for new hires by 50% • Consulted hiring managers about current recruitment trends to get the greatest outcomes in the market • Simultaneously managed multiple priorities in a fast paced startup environment and experience dealing with ambiguity
