I am passionate about Business and Entrepreneurship, Hospitality and Customer / Community Service. I enjoy interacting with different people and am enamored about learning new things and exploring ways to share this learning through teaching. My research interests include tea and coffee in terms of sourcing, roasting and retailing, fair trade, franchising, small business, hospitality and tourism management, adult education and the sharing economy. I'm a family man with a wonderful family. Happily married for two decades, I'm madly in love with my wife.
