I work at the intersection of entrepreneurship, mentorship, and capacity building, helping people and institutions move from potential to performance. Over the years, I’ve built and worked across ventures in energy technology, real estate revival, and consumer brands, giving me a grounded understanding of how ideas turn into systems—and how people grow into leaders within them. As the Founder of Praketa Innotech, I led the development of a patented Behavioural Effective Energy Planner (BEEP), enabling households and businesses to make smarter energy and carbon decisions. Through OwnNest Ventures, I’ve been involved in reviving stalled real estate projects—helping affected homeowners complete their dream homes and restoring trust in a broken segment. Alongside building ventures, training and mentoring have become central to my journey. As a Master Mentor under the Kerala Government’s KDISC – Vijnana Keralam programme, I work with students, job seekers, founders, and institutional teams—not just to transfer knowledge, but to build mindset, clarity, and confidence. My approach blends structured learning, real-world context, and reflective facilitation, helping individuals and teams think better, decide better, and lead better.
