Responsible for the entire operation of a retail multi-dealer antique center. I purchased an existing business in 1999 and have managed and updated the entire operation since then. All aspects of small business planning and development from personnel management of 8 employees, marketing promotions of products and services to customers and clients, direct sales, implementation of information services, purchasing and contract development.

Responsible for overseeing and governing the plan working with client Senior Management sponsors, internal user groups, and the IT department for implementation of Unicenter TNG. Responsibilities included the analysis of IT business requirements, review and definition of client business processes/practices, definition/design of IT solutions, creation of detailed project plans, statements of work, and project schedules. Prepared effective communications for project team and conducted regular (weekly) meetings to ensure that Senior Management is updated with status reports and progress on project progress. Monitored change requests and prevented unapproved requirement modifications that result in scope creep and delays. Scheduled and facilitated project status meetings. Participated in the development of and ensured consistent use of best practice internal business process documentation for the Global Professional Services organization.

Team Leader and Supervisor of a five-person team of design engineers, CAD development engineer, and technicians. Successfully provided CAD design, layout, purchase specification, first article procurement, and manufacturing introduction of approximately $15 - 20M microprocessor and support chip electronic packaging annually.
