Involve in India & China portfolio transition project Oversee payroll operation of Greater Asia

- Oversee South East Asia countries, SK, HK, TW payroll - Leading a team and assist the team members to grow in their respective roles

- Oversee South East Asia countries payrolls - Provide guidance and support to teammates

- Assist in setting up payroll shared service at KL - Work collaboratively with ADP local partner for streamline countries-Malaysia, Vietnam,Korea - Coordinate with ADP and local team in implementation of SG Globalview payroll & e-time project - Involve in blueprint discussion, user acceptance testing, parallel run up to payroll processing.

-Focal point for the administration of Singapore,Macau, Philippines Payroll using Alesco System. -Process Singapore Year end ,liaise with CPF Board &IRAS for statutory submission. -Acts as a payroll helpdesk to attend any queries from clients or employees. -Building good rapport with clients to ensure timeliness and accuracy of payroll deliverables.

- Focal point for the administration of Greater China Payroll &Time Attendance using SAP System. - Attending to Service Request tickets from employees by utilizing problem solving skills for resolution. - Able to meet the service level agreement and tight deadline. - High Integrity and attention to details in performing tasks.

-Focal point for the administration of Malaysia payroll using Quickpay Software. -Hands-on experience in e-leave management and time attendance system -Fully responsible for the whole recruitment process from staff requisition, screening of resumes, coordinating of interview sessions up until getting the right talent to join the organization. -Coordinating with Insurance Brokers to get the best insurance policy that meets management and employees’ requirements.
