I am Suresh Ramanujam, family business custodian and the founder of Metis Family Office, where our primary mission is to advise business families on aspects related to business, family, wealth, and legacy planning. With over 25 years of experience working closely with family businesses, I have had the privilege of being part of many remarkable journeys. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to contribute to the growth and prosperity of business families. My journey has taken me through renowned organizations like the Murugappa Group, Citibank, and Deutsche Bank, where I honed my skills and gained valuable insights. In 2010, I felt a calling to establish Metis, and it has been a deeply fulfilling endeavor. Our core goal is to facilitate peace, growth, and harmony for the families we work with. One of the aspects I'm particularly passionate about is connecting with the next generation of budding leaders. I currently mentor over 50+ emerging leaders from prominent business families. Being a family business custodian, I find great joy in mentoring and supporting entrepreneurship. I am truly grateful for the opportunities I've had and look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in the world of family businesses.
