It is a good chance for me to get involved in such high-end courses.The courses last for two weeks. The main purpose is to meet different important departments in UBS and listen to their brilliant lectures.Also, it is a good way to establish tight friendship with my partners,who had strong academic background from home and abroad.This experience really adds value to my future study in the UK.

This time i moved to UBS securities in Guangzhou. This is a department of the whole UBS assets management system. My duty is to analyse the financial statement of listed companies and give prediction about some specific stocks in Shanghai market, such as some index (EPS,P/E). My main focus market is agriculture. Every week i should search the information about the local and foreign market about the industry and write a industry analysis for my colleagues.They help me to finish the selection and grade of some stocks.I have learned some skills of Powerpoint and SPSS to help me finish the task. I also need to research some listed companies on my own. For example, i went to JINGFA high-tech company to have a deep research. It is a good way to have a better understanding of the company's culture and know the secret of its success. At that time, the price of stock is totally underpriced. So I recommend my clients to hold this stock as their portfolio. Stock market is always changing. I find it interesting and also tired. But i really like working in UBS because of its unique freedom and care from the company.

Bosera is a well-known mature fund company in Shenzhen.As my first internship,i don't have many specific works to do. The main point is to study. I have learned the basic knowledge about funds. Also, i take notes during every meetings. Sometimes i have the chance to go with the fund manager and CFO to see how they sell their products,how they design a client-oriented product and the skills to negotiate with others. My department deals with selling to institutional clients in South of China.Thus, i have the chance to telephone with many ambitious clients and learn to listen to their demand.What i find difficult is that i lack of some specific knowledge in this field. My colleagues help me to do some works i never do before and i grow up and feel more confident to deal with many touch tasks.The boss even invites me to attend the monthly summary meeting.I feel all right to let others know what i actually learned through .
