As the CEO off Voxa: - built a world class product in a few months - built a strong team - attracted an investment of 800K - since launch in 5 month we reached 70K MRR - formulated growth strategy

At Stefanini I was part of the Innovation department on the first line of Digital Transformation. I worked on improving the user experience on a variety of projects: AI (conversational systems), Blockchain, AR, RPA and mentor other UX designers. I was also part of the sales team running design sprints, prototyping, and validating solutions to help solve major problems and teaching the power of design sprints to the clients through examples on their projects. I also acted as a change agent in the company teaching middle management about innovation, fear of failure management, design thinking, and a user-centric approach through events and workshops.

As a User Experience Consultant, I’m responsible for creating flows and architecture for Stefanini's clients and internal projects. This calls for a broad and complex approach, with tasks and challenges such as: • Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices and standards, by contributing to projects design system • Partnering with product managers and developers to translate information architecture, navigation and process flows into beautiful and easy-to-use solutions • Designing and delivering wireframes, mockups and user journeys • Identifing design problems and devising elegant solutions •. Bookups is a social platform that helps you grow and connect to interesting people.
