Engr. Messiah Gene S. Panuyas brings over 10 years of experience in biosystems engineering, with extensive expertise in providing technical assistance for Renewable Energy (RE) projects. He is highly skilled in Commercial and Industrial Scale, Rooftop Scale, and Utility Scale Solar PV projects. His proficiency in resource assessment and field survey methodologies, including GPS/GIS, drone, and LiDAR mapping, equips him to deliver critical data for project planning and execution. Engr. Panuyas is actively involved in Integrated Resource and Resilience Planning (IRRP) and Resilience Compliance Planning training for Distribution Utilities (DUs) and Generation Companies (GenCos). He plays a key role in the development and deployment of the Energy Resilience Scorecard (ERS) for DUs, GenCos, and Transmission Network Providers (TNPs). His technical repertoire extends to conducting RE techno-financial assessments, biomass/biomethanation heat and mass balance analyses, and assisting in identifying EPC contractors, as well as procuring reliable machinery, equipment, and materials for solar farms, solar-powered irrigation, biogas, and biomass power plant projects.
