I enjoyed the challenge of adapting to different environments and the opportunity to work with a diverse, incredibly intelligent group of people. In my current position at work, as the projects I tackled got bigger, I had to be more resourceful. I am now managing projects/programs by managing the whole project life cycle from end to end till the benefits are realized. In the process, I'm sharpening my quantitative skills and critical thinking abilities - not to mention the all-important ability to work efficiently. Lastly, I am always committed to allocate a time for my personal development to enhance myself by trying to strengthen my hard and soft skills.
