I am working in analytical banking department at Ziraat Technology of which customer is Ziraat Bank that is the biggest bank in Turkey. As a member of EVAM team, I am responsible of building new scenarios of Ziraat Technology, from technical design to deployment. * Experienced in development, integration and monitoring of complex event processing scenarios. * Big Data visualization projects based on log analysis using open source tools such as Apache NiFi, Filebeat, Apache Kafka, Elasticsearch, Kibana. The aim was to monitor production systems.

CRM Team: I worked on CRM projects for developing new features according to our customers' needs. I used C# and PL/SQL as programming languages, Oracle as database, Microsoft Visual Studio/.NET framework as platform and TFS as version control system for the followings: * Operational CRM Solutions * Campaign Management * Customer Complaint and Demand Management System * Customer Segmentation DWH team: I worked on projects based on complex event processing product called EVAM and developed new scenarios using real time streaming data such as: * Loyalty scenarios triggered by card expenses or automatic bill payments * Customer satisfaction scenarios triggered by problems to give a quick response for solution * Marketing scenarios triggered by customer behaviors * Fraud scenarios Used Java as programming language, Unix Shell Scripting for data source integration, Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data capture, Apache Kafka as streaming platform, EVAM platform as complex event processing.

My main responsibility was developing and configuring Avea Prepaid Tariffs&Promotions, Campaigns, Provisioning and Workaround developments in real time charging environment as a Scrum team member. I was the release manager of Avea prepaid system within migration project (OMEGA) up to one year. On April 2015 Avea is consolidated with Turk Telekom and TTNet then continued its mobile services with Turk Telekom mobile brand. I continued working as agile developer and release manager in Turk Telekom as I worked in Avea. * Used Java and PL/SQL as programming languages, Oracle as database, Eclipse as platform, RTC as version control and build management system, Scrum as Agile methodology. * Worked as an architect to do technical design for new campaigns, worked on estimations and provided feedback for cost analysis. * Organized and led release management of migration project to innovate and improve current technology stack. Coordinated Redknee consulters, Turk Telekom release management team, prepaid solution team and agile teams for this target. * Evaluated continuous integration using Unix Shell Scripting and RTC for release management in terms of performance and efficiency. * Worked closely with 3 agile teams consist of technical analysts, developers, testers to improve their working practices after the migration project. * Managed consultant agile teams responsible of analyzing, developing and testing of demands within vendor management. * Occasionally analyzed and tested Tariffs&Promotions due to agile cross functionality.

I was in a development team that built a distributed workload automation software project called Tlos. I worked on as both backend and frontend developer for that agent based workload management project. * Used Java as programming language, PrimeFaces(JSF based) and Javascript as frontend technologies, eXist as database, Eclipse as platform, SVN as version control system, Maven as build management system, Tomcat as application server. * Applied continuous delivery practice using internal Tlos jobs defined for running SVN server commands to create new builds. * Our research paper was published from this project in the Turkish National Software Engineering Symposium (See Publications).

I worked on autonomous agents, artificial intelligence and image processing applications. As my master thesis, I designed and developed a framework serves as a multi-agent execution environment where agents follow an algorithm to negotiate and form coalitions for task execution. I wrote research paper from my master thesis and presented in international conference (See Publications).

Full Scholarship My graduate thesis was about remote home control system design and implementation using embedded programming.
