Lead a global team of CSMs and project managers working on data and tech sales, product solutions and consultancy across several industry verticals such as CPG, Auto, Tech, Healthcare, Beauty and Luxury. Our product sales specialism ranged from marketing tech infrastructure with GA4, DV360, SA360, Campaign Manager, Optimize 360 as well as Cloud-based tech e.g. ADH, Bigquery, DataStudio, etc.

Managed a regional Google Workplace sales team (Europe, Middle East and Africa - corporate segment) responsible for acquiring and expanding new business, with revenue growth, logo acquisition and product adoption as main KPIs

Managed a team of digital consultants who help grow Google partners on Adsense, Google Ad Manager and Admob platforms. Key responsibilities included maximizing operational efficiency, team strategy and vision development, performance management, resource allocation, coaching.

Advised digital marketeers across some of the largest global Fashion, Luxury and Beauty brands in the UK market. Helped clients increase their brand value and reach their digital marketing objectives through strategic and customized marketing solutions. Analyzed data trends and client performance, created strategic client account plans and joint business plans to help clients' digital transformation across various Google-owned platforms

In charge of acquisition and onboarding of a portfolio of strategic clients and agencies to leverage Google's Ads Ecosystem across Search, Mobile, YouTube, Display, and Programmatic.

Provided guidance, mentorship, and coaching to innovative European startups, supporting them thoughout their business building and acceleration stages. Main areas of mentorship included marketing, business strategy, business planning, digital sales and marketing, as well as data and analytics.
