* Managing content on all four of the brands websites through the Adobe Experience Manager, CMS (Content Management System). * Re-structuring the way assets are organised and stored. * Uploading content to our company DAM, ensuring all teams have the content they need. * Gathering data and presenting it in its simplistic form. * Admin support for our CMS and DAM platforms and support with ongoing and new projects.

* Managing the team weekly to do list and putting important dates in the calendar * Collating, analysing and evaluating online and print media coverage * Monitoring the media daily, including newspapers, travel supplements, magazines and online for travel trends, coverage and feature opportunities for clients * Preparing client reports and evaluation documents * Press release writing * Supporting the team with new business documents * Creating consumer and trade media lists for various clients and keeping them up to date * Handling the tracker for each client on coverage, industry and media liaison * Writing the meeting agendas and minutes for client * Supported the team on luxury accounts such as: * Beverly Hills, London Marriott Hotel Park Lane, The Lanesborough, The Idle Rocks, Quattro Passi, Pescatori and Dr Olivier de Frahan
