Responsibilities included working with Pekin's Property and Casualty salesforce to generate small and large group fully insured health plans. Educating brokers and employers on HRA concepts and administration. I was also responsible for marketing TPA services offered through Group Plan Solutions a division of Pekin Insurance.

My responsible were marketing Individual Life and Annuities, Individual and Group Medical Plans. In 2001 the company exited the life and annuities division I was then able to focus my synergies on Group Insurance, in Northern Indiana. In 2006 my territory was expanded to include the entire State of Indiana for Group Medical Sales. I earned Marketing Director of the year in 2006.

I entered the Insurance business selling Life and Health Insurance with Gemco Insurance an Independent Insurance/Brokerage Agency. I was trained in multiple aspects of marketing and administration including assisting In house agents and brokers throughout Northern Indiana. We were a General agent for several carriers and I was responsible for building relationships and educating brokers on our products and services. I was trained in MRP and DRP (sec 105) administration for several employers in central and Northern Indiana.
