Bringing people from different disciplines together in innovation projects to deliver maximal business value. I do this based on my expertise of Agile methods and sincere interest in the motivations and needs of people working in digital, R&D and sales/marketing and a strong experience in agricultural and veterinary business.

I was in charge of the implementation of digital project methodologies in the global innovation team, to speed up delivery and be able to be more responsive to changing requirements. With my deep expertise in Agile methods coupled with excellent stakeholder management capabilities I designed & implemented an Agile Stage gate process. Backed up by a solid expertise in animal health and nutrition I understand the motivations of the people I work with, to deliver maximal business value and optimal performance in innovation projects.

I implemented the Scrum methodology for the 2 international Agile DevOps teams and set up the process for the planning, execution, and delivery of the NutriOpt digital project roadmap. I organized the connection between the Stakeholders within Trouw Nutrition Global Innovation to facilitate optimal decision making and achieving maximum value for the business. I did this based on Agile, Scrum and SAFe principles and culture values. I managed the allocation of resources in the multidisciplinary teams to secure the on-time delivery of projects and business changes.

I executed a digitalization program to standardize, optimize and digitalize the delivery of products and services. This included the design and development of a new digital platform (“VeeOnline.nl” ~ “CattleOnline”), the migration to a new LIMS, as well as the implementation of a new reporting system for lab results. As chairman of the “GD vision and strategy team” I delivered and implemented the new vision and strategy.

I managed projects part of a digitization program to standardize, optimize and digitalize the delivery of products and services. This included the rationalization of the product and services portfolio and the delivery of a new database for cattle diseases in the Netherlands. I implemented the Scrum methodology for the 3 development teams in the role of Chief product owner.
