Responsible for planning, managing and coordinating the roll-out of myDrilling™, a new communication and information portal for all Aker Solutions’ (now MHWirth) customers - Developing and controlling plans using Microsoft Project - Coordinating customers towards internal IT organization in terms of exchanging information and making sure resources are available for support - Keeping management informed through frequent status reports Training of both internal and external myDrilling™ users, including preparation of training material, class room training in English and subsequent support Preparation of presentations and support on New eConcept services to global Drilling Lifecycle Services management team members

* Order expedition for spare parts project sales (spare part packages for new builds) * Registration of Quotation based on quality control of price / delivery times / technical issues * Approval of customer Purchase Order (PO). * Registration of Sales Order (SO) * Registration of Order Confirmation (OC)

* Project planner of overhaul projects. * Responsible for activity planning in single drilling equipment and SPS projects, including: * Establish, maintaining and closing of project plans * Capacity analysis/input to new projects * Prepare and follow up on cut-off reporting * Support for project managers in developing quotations * Establish service orders, quotations and sales orders. * Regular cut-off reports and other reports when needed * Workshop capacity plans * Manpower projection plans * Site-coordinator during SPS of Transocean Barents (2014) and Transocean Spitsbergen (2015)

Support for on-site personnel during rig build project phase Coordination and handling of inquiries from on-site personnel. Some purchasing, registration of purchase order (PO), service- and sales order (SO), Carry over Work (COW)

* Event planning, coordination and logistics * System administration and maintenance of customer booking system for Progress AS ( merged company ) * Administrative tasks such as invoicing, purchasing, web page administration, digital marketing and resource coordination

Generate lists of parts for shipments to customers and support for other departments Completion of orders.
