Taught private and group sessions to clients of all ages and fitness levels using Mat, Wunda Chair, Reformer, Cadillac and other specialized Pilates equipment. Custom-tailored programs for client goals and needs with an emphasis on proper alignment, increasing flexibility, improving balance, and strengthening the core muscle groups. Conducted ongoing marketing of the studio including social media management, planning live events, and generating ideas for and implementing promotions and partnerships.
