Over 30 years of management experience in the tea industry with in-depth knowledge of tea processing, field operations, marketing, trading, logistics, Business Management, Strategic Manager and Human Resource Management. I started my career in tea as a Management Trainee at Eastern Produce Kenya Limited in 1992 and rose through the ranks to the level of Senior Factory Manager. Moved to Nandi Tea Estates as a Marketing Manager. I joined Stansand Africa as a Projects Manager in 2012. Moved to Tusha Tea Ltd as a Tea Buying and Trading Manager in 2018.
