As the Digital Market Administrator for Lamar of CT and Western Mass I am responsible for providing excellent customer service for all the digital advertising customers. I assist our customers in all aspects of their campaign. This includes developing eye-catching creative through the use of our talented graphics department or on occasion I will create it myself. Some of our customers like to upload and schedule their own creative through our customer portal. I help them to do that by training them on how to use our system (either in person, by phone, or through email). I am always available if they need assistance. Digital billboards are a great way for customers to get the word out about their sales events and they depend on me to update their billboards as quickly as possible. I usually have their new ad running within minutes of receiving it.

As the Student Accounts Representative, my responsibility was to support the student accounts department by providing exceptional customer service to students and their families. Responsibilities included providing a broad range of financial and general information through both walk-in and phone consultation, identifying and prioritizing problems and issues related to the service area, processing related and financial paperwork (payments, refunds, financial planning).
