Promoted relations with public authorities and multilateral institutions to identify projects. Led tender procedures. Prepared operational budget and investment control. Strategic Planning and International Relations Directorate. Deliver insight and inspiration for better decision on developing a sustainable infrastructure management. Developed Company Strategic Planning Unit as part of the Strategic Coordination Team to implement a new Strategic Plan based in Kaplan and Norton balanced scorecard methodology. Led internal teams and technical assistances of specific and trend studies. Elaborated sector studies and adaptation of the internal procedures to strategic business plan of the company.
