Nicolás Alzugaray Pascual

As an Account Executive at McCann, I serve as the link between the client and the agency. I help ensure that the client’s needs and objectives are clearly understood and translated into effective creative work. I manage timelines, coordinate internal teams across creative, strategy, and production, and make sure all deliverables are on brief, on time, and on brand. I actively participate in meetings, support the development of campaign materials, and help keep projects running smoothly from briefing to final delivery. My goal is to build trust with clients, support my team, and contribute to strong, insightful campaigns that deliver real results.

I am supporting the McCann Content Studios team in the Social Media division, learning about client management and the coordination of digital campaigns. I collaborate on the team's daily tasks and assist in organizing projects within the social media department.

I spent the mont of July in New York City studying at NYFA. The course I took made me understand and learn how rich and expanded the world of video editing is, from color correction to audio adjustments. I met a lot of interesting and curious people at the academy, future screenwriters, actors, directors... who shared their experience and opinions in the industry. This experience was key for me because it made me realize where my passion truly was.

During my third year of ESO in Madrid, I decided I wanted to experience living abroad in a foreign country. I spent 6 months in The American School in England as a Freshman and a boarding student. In those six months I boosted my English competence and learned probably one of the most important things in my career. Education is the single most important factor in any topic and I always care to quote Nelson Mandela's most important line to me. "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world".
