My great passion is translational research especially cancer therapy. My major focus is always on immunotherapy. My past tweenty years research focus on dendritic cell antigen presentation of HPV VLPs, Cytotoxic T cell generation against tumor antigen, T cell receptor cloning, T cell receptor (TCR-T) and Chimeraic antigen receptor (CAR-T) gene transfer in T cell, and Gamma delta T cells features and fucnctions and its application in immunotherapy against cancer.
