Meng Li

15 years’ working experiences in the largest Chinese biotech company. Familiar with the technical and business operations in biological industry, including vaccines and plasma-derived products. Specializing in corporate strategy and project management, business development and NGO relationships. Lead and successfully completed a number of technical partnership & in-licensing, NGO funding support and commercial cooperation deals. Meng Li has been working as the head of CNBG’s international cooperation team since 2013. Her major responsibilities are developing, managing and executing major international cooperation projects, including projects with NGOs, MNC partners and research organizations. She is the board member of Shanghai GenoDex, PathoFinder, and CNBG Virogin. She is good at managing complex multi-cultural, cross-functional activities. Her experiences in vaccine prequalification, commercialization and cooperative research have given her good insights about the biological industry. She is also an experienced manager in fund raising, strategy and business development. She participated in WHO’s assessment and training workshops to China CFDA in 2010 and 2014 as WHO TA. In year 2014, she was elected as the EC member of DCVMN by over 40 member companies.
