• Designed and developed lens attacher and aligner machine for OSFP 800-gigabit DR8 transceiver. • Collaborated with the process engineer to ensure the availability of the shims attacher machine, minimize machine downtime, and drive continuous improvement. • Assembled parts of the machine such as monitor arm, IR camera, cable chain, linear actuator, CMOS image sensor with magnification lens, XYZ translation stage, reflective mirror, push button, solenoid set and so on. • Making and soldering for the RS232 wire, wire for Aerotech Motor, wire for COB aligner machine, wire for Panasonic driver and so on.
