Procurement / Sourcing • Implement procurement strategies, methodologies, operating models and best practices to leverage procurement and sourcing as well as addressing challenges for their strategic advantage. • Ensure that the established standards and targets are met for all activities relating to procurement, sourcing, tender / auction, and vendors management Governance & Reporting • Work closely with the Third-Party Risk Management Team to ensure that vendors due diligence procedures are properly performed by the business requesters and are in accordance with the internal policies and procedures, and applicable regulatory guidelines. • Build and maintain good relationship, and work closely with the internal stakeholders on procurement / sourcing related matters to ensure contract review requirements and vendor relationships are managed by the Business Contract Owners and Business Contract Managers while meeting the required standard quality

• To manage daily operations with retail banking clients in Hong Kong, Macau, Sri Lanka, Australia, and Malaysia. • To exhibit flexibility in handling different nuances of countries requirements from various projects received from marketing, professional services, banking operations and IT. • To provide suitable or correct channels to clients on ordering methods such as tenders, direct negotiation etc. when clients would like to engage specific services/goods from local or global vendors. • To pre-construct suitable contracts based on project requirements such as Renewals/Extensions, Termination, Framework, Sub-Agreements, Addendums etc. • To communicate with legal team, project lead and vendor on necessary changes, requirements, updated legal clauses and finalized agreements before proceeding to signature stage. • Ensure vendor is compliant in Third-Party Engagements such as sanctions, code of conduct and other policies set by client. • To achieve certain cost reductions as our yearly savings target for client’s KPIs differ in each country. • Provided critical thinking and identified risks to ensure compliance of contracts before executing fulfilled commercial actions. • To liaise with respective personnel across all the departments from Accounts Payable, PR/PO Team & Procurement Customer Service. Key Involvement: -Achieved USD500,00 cost saving on 2024 and helping client to sourcing and organize Fintech in Hong Kong -Sourcing Bamboo material to replace all paper made merchandise such ang pow packet for Hong Kong and achiever higher suitability score branch in Hong Kong

• In Sunway Velocity Mall, my job function is slightly different from Pyramid as I was assigned to take on more roles aside from procurement Eg. Supervising of in-house store-rooms and handling full scale mall-related purchases from handling key contracts to negotiating locked rates from regular vendors. • Responsible for all daily Purchase Orders (PO) from all related departments – coordination, delivery and inquiries from end-users • Responsible for tender bids for tenant renovations, mall festive décor set-ups among many others. • Run E-Sourcing and Ariba • Frequently coordinates with Fit-Out team and tenants to provide basic wet work to M&E work requirements as stipulated under landlord’s provision. • Liaises with the Marketing team and tenant for printing and production of advertising materials (BTLs & ATLs) be they internal or external events. • To maintain and promote tenant relation by purchasing related voucher, product or merchandise to boost their sale as using their voucher for marketing event use purpose • Monthly and yearly analysis of relevant company expenses to attain cost savings. • Time to time to handle capex purchase.

• In Sunway Pyramid, my main responsibilities consisted of handling daily Purchase Orders (PO) from all related departments – coordination, delivery and inquiries from end-users • Responsible for tender bids for tenant renovations, mall festive décor set-ups among many others. • Frequently coordinates with Fit-Out team and tenants to provide basic wet work to M&E work requirements as stipulated under landlord’s provision. • Liaises with the Marketing team for printing and production of advertising materials (BTLs & ATLs) be they internal or external events.
