-Developing recruitment strategies and creating a pool of qualified candidates by analyzing required competencies within the scope of Information Technology services. -Preparing job description templates for relevant positions, managing posting processes (LinkedIn Recruiter, Kariyer.net), and conducting interview processes from start to finish. -Onboarding and offboarding processes in accordance with procedures, keeping all personnel and personnel data up-to-date on the digital platform (Kolay İK). -Ensuring the timely and accurate submission of SGK declarations and İŞKUR workforce table notifications. -Preparing monthly payroll tables for group companies and ensuring data flow into the payroll process. -Creating or updating job descriptions for new and existing positions, aligning them with the standard staff structure. -Taking an active role in the design, implementation, and follow-up processes of the performance evaluation system. -Creating annual training plans and managing training participation and registration processes through the Kolay İK platform.

-Ensuring the preparation, updating, and archiving of employee personnel files in accordance with applicable legislation. -Conducting recruitment and termination processes in accordance with legal procedures and ensuring coordination with relevant units. -Preparing assignment documents for project and field personnel and monitoring the process. -Monitoring employee fringe benefits (meal cards, private health insurance, etc.) and regularly reporting relevant updates.
