Preparing Cost Plans, Budgets, and Bills of Quantities using Cost X: Leveraging the Cost X software to forecast and control project costs accurately. Evaluation of Payment applications and variations. Oversee all commercial aspects of the project to ensure effective management and control. This includes budget management, cost control, contract administration, and ensuring that all commercial activities align with project objectives and organizational goals. Effective commercial management is essential for maximizing profitability and ensuring successful project delivery. Produce comprehensive cost and value reports to provide accurate and up-to-date information on cash flow.

Reem Mall Development Project - Quantity Surveyor – Abu Dhabi Preparing Cost Plans, Budgets, and Bills of Quantities using Cost X: Leveraging the Cost X software to accurately forecast and control project costs. Post Control role with Contract Administration in the project, including Change Management Processes such as identifying and reviewing Variation and finalization. Dispute resolution with various Subcontractors, monthly cost reports, and guidance of the project team on multiple aspects of a Contractual matter.

Dubai International Airport Project -UAE Preparation of Cost Plan and Cost Estimate. Involvement of Internal and External Change Management processes. Providing Quantity Surveying and Mediation Support to Management. Evaluation of Interim Payment Application and Variations. Performed measurements to prepare cost estimates for the project. Assisting senior staff in evaluating EOT & Prolongation Claims. Attending project meetings to provide updates and insights on project costs.

Muscat International Airport Project -Oman Preparation of Cost Estimate. Involvement in Internal and External change management processes. Evaluation of Interim Payment Applications and Variations (CIVIL & MEP). Weekly site visit and preparation of site progress reports. Utilized cost-estimating software to streamline the estimating process and produce accurate and reliable estimates. Attended project meetings to provide updates and insights on project costs.

Performed measurements for the preparation of cost estimates for projects. Involve and negotiate with Subcontractors, Vendors, and Suppliers by adhering to the given guidance within the Tender Documents. Preparation of monthly internal cost reports to identify profit generated. Preparation of Interim Payment Application. Preparation of Variations. Assisting senior staff with the preparation of EOT claims. Assisting with cost control activities/Resource analysis.
