A Professional Chemical Engineer (ChE) and Professional Food Technologist (PFT) serving as a Supervising Technical Officer at the Department (Ministry) of Science and Technology (DOST), supporting the Office of the Undersecretary (Vice Minister) for Regional Operations, and concurrently leading the DOST–Science and Technology Foundation Unit.
