- Director in Campus Asset Management Division under University Campus Infrastructure Department. - Leading Asset Enhancement section. - Provides leadership on campus planning, development, and facility management activities of the University’s campuses infrastructure including utilities. - Responsible for planning and management of the University’s long-term and annual operating budgets for the development and operation of the University’s campuses. - Work with University faculties and partners to analyse and assess maintenance, growth, and facilities needs. - Oversee the management and maintenance of facilities of the University’s campuses and lead the Facilities Management team, including the outsourced teams. - Develop strategies and relevant aspects of business plan to support and align with the missions of University. - Drive environmental and energy management of the University to ensure effective energy conservation and sustainability programs. - Advise the University administration on funding needs to adequately maintain the physical facilities, and assist the administration in the allocation of financial resources for various capital improvement and maintenance projects on campus and drive efficient utilisation of financial resources. - Monitor capital construction projects and budgets, providing strategic direction, coordination, and leadership to facilities project managers in the design, implementation, and administration of individual project plans and assuring compliance with administrative policies and sound financial practices.

- 24x7 daily operations & maintenance, service contracts, upgrading/improvement/energy savings etc. projects in MICE, Hotel, Attractions/Theme Parks, Casino, F&B, Resort & Infrastructure, District Cooling Plant, Operations Service Center/FCC across the award-winning Integrated Resort's 49Ha site. - In charge for WSH, Sustainability and M&E / CSA Engineering. - FM&E P&L (Opex), Capex management. - OHSAS18000/SS506 certification and FM Global insurance audits. - Management rep for FM&E WSH working committee and BU rep in RWS WSH working committee. - RWS Sustainability working committee, coordinating drafting for annual GRI-based sustainability report.

- Managing daily operations of the M&E contractor company. - Tendering for projects. - Managing and daily supervising of site project work as project manager, including participating in testing and commissioning. - Major projects: electrical installation projects for LTA Downtown Line 2 Depot and Station, Mediacorp building (>$6.5M contract value)
