Software Programmer

- Involved and lead a team to complete project task management and meet project dateline. - Provide adequate training to operation staff as well as implementing SOP to ensure their operational knowledge and skills are sufficient. - Ensure man power management in balancing work load. - Perform inspection on checklist, maintenance record and daily pass-down report. - Oversee the planning, development & operation of information. system to ensure quality service delivery and operational efficiency. - Liaise and collaborate with external Vendors on integration of Technology upgrade from 200mm to 300mm fab conversion. - Providing technical service support to users. - Plan and implement effective Preventive Maintenance program to be performed on the equipment, which includes the schedule and specifications. - Excellent skills set on operation, on FAB AMHS (Automated Material Handling System). - Excellent hands on experience in maintaining and trouble shooting on FAB AMHS Vehicle. - Commissioning of AMHS Vehicle. - Strong command over troubleshooting to reduce and minimize equipment downtime.

AMHS Components namely Stockers; Vehicles, Crane, Conveyors and Track. - Perform Preventive and Corrective Servers Maintenance and ensure maximum servers and services uptime and reliability. - Monitor and facilitate servers’ utilization movement, server performance deviation and abnormalities. - Skill set to set up new servers and new equipment online system. - Provide management with insight traits of major incident occurrence. - Keep track and follow up on all outstanding issues
