* Issue purchase orders to vendors and analyses material availability based on customers requirements. * Works with Qualifications and New Product groups on materials recommendation especially for qualifying alternative parts. * Works on cost reduction as per the target set and achieve the set goal through price negotiation, alternate sourcing and supplier localization. * Coordinate shipments to Logistics and/or Carriers for cargo processing and monitoring. * Ensures that all the parts are available for production use and coordinate critical parts to all Purchasing Engineers.

* Responsible for identifying, evaluating and selecting suppliers, price negotiation and terms of purchase and ensures on time delivery of raw materials. * Issues Request for Quotation to suppliers for price analysis that will use in Purchase Order creation. * Monitors shipment status of the delivery for the suppliers from shipment pick up to shipment arrival. * Responsible for price reconciliation with accounting for Purchase Price Variance Analysis

* Supervise and support the activities of all the procurements officers * Checks and control of Purchase Order to suppliers for all electrical parts. * Create records and maintain documents such us purchase orders and invoices to coordinate to all the concerned departments. * Monitors supplier deliveries and assures that all the raw materials will be available for production use.

Responsible for monitoring suppliers tools and molds capacity to support production volumes as specified and required by the customer. Conducts capacity planning on a weekly basis to triggers all the departments for any capacity bottle neck. Conduct and coordinate the control built run process and facilitates approval and purchase if passes all the material requirements and initiate parts second sourcing.

Responsible for monitoring consistent conformance of all the components to customers specification through supplier audit, supplier accreditation and performance monitoring. Verifies and analyzes component rejects and problem encountered and ensures that proper disposition is reached. Keep abreast with the latest information in component testing. Sources, utilizes the supplier services in component testing. Recommends reasonable equipment to be purchased for IQC of components.
