Completed a job analysis project for Scotty’s cargo operations, leading the preparation of role-based job descriptions and the formal communication of finalized job definitions to the relevant teams.

İn this study, a survey is applied to 421 participants from retail industry to observe the effects of employees’ emotional intelligence levels on emotional labor behaviour and behavior towards customers. According to the results, the emotional intelligence levels of employees in the retail industry, positively affect emotional labor behavior and behaviour towards customers. As these three variables have never been studied together before and the study is applied to retail industry, this study differs from the others and may contribute to the literature.
