Talent Based Co. is a learning and culture design company helping organizations navigate the future of work. We design and deliver training programs and workshops for corporations, and culture transformation journeys for scale-ups, working at the intersection of human behavior, organizational design and generational change. Partnered with 50+ organizations across Turkey and beyond, from global corporations to fast-growing scale-ups.

BirlikteBir. İz is an intergenerational mentorship and solidarity initiative connecting young people with experienced professionals across Turkey. We built a semi-decentralized mentorship ecosystem from the ground up: 919 mentors, 1,080 students, 1,000 curated matches, and a 90% participant satisfaction rate. My focus has been on community architecture, storytelling, engagement strategy and mentor-mentee experience design.

Reset Society is a 28-day human-guided reset journey designed to help people restore focus, clarity and well-being in an age of digital noise. Built around small accountability pods, daily micro-habits and shared reflection, the program creates the conditions for lasting behavioral change, both individually and within teams. Pilot results: 86% of participants gained meaningful focus, screen time dropped by 37%, and overall well-being increased by 39 points. Available as an individual journey and as Reset for Teams.

Shifted focus to product development and client-facing work while continuing to contribute to the organizational culture built in earlier roles. Created MetaByte Business, an award-winning product recognized at MMA Smarties (EMEA & Turkey) and shortlisted at GSMA GLOMO. Led B2B partnerships, campaign strategy and cross-functional coordination across product, design and data teams

Deepened the culture systems already in place while expanding scope to external communication and client relationships. Acted as the connective tissue between leadership and teams: facilitating alignment, supporting conflict resolution and ensuring people felt anchored during a period of structural change. Mentored a junior team member and managed progressive organizational responsibility.

Joined to address a critical organizational transition: helping a closely-knit, office-first team navigate a full shift to remote work without losing cohesion, trust or performance. Designed and implemented the company's remote culture infrastructure from the ground up: communication frameworks, recognition systems, onboarding rituals and engagement practices that sustained team belonging and organizational identity across distance.

Joined as a founding team member during the company's early growth phase, taking on broad operational and organizational responsibility. Built the physical and cultural infrastructure of the company from scratch: founded and set up the office, designed internal systems and processes, and created a work environment that supported team cohesion and engagement. Led hiring across almost every function, growing the team from 11 to 42 people. Actively shaped the organizational culture and employee experience throughout this scaling period. Served as the central point of connection between leadership, teams and clients, managing information flow and ensuring operational continuity.

Early experience in media communication, storytelling and public relations. Conducted interviews, created content for press channels and supported event communications for large-scale productions.

Managed the full production cycle of large-scale concerts and events, coordinating a team of 150 personnel. First experience designing end-to-end experiences for people at scale.

Developed copy and creative concepts for internationally recognized brands. An early foundation in understanding how language shapes perception and moves people to action.

Managed backstage operations and talent coordination for live events.
