 Led full-cycle recruiting for the launch of a new eBay warehouse in Kentucky, successfully hiring 140+ warehouse associates and professional staff under tight launch timelines.  Drove strategic hiring for both technical and non-technical roles, including operations leaders, engineers, and business professionals, ensuring alignment with evolving business goals.  Reduced interview no-show rates by 30% through process optimization, candidate engagement strategies, and enhanced pre-interview communication touchpoints.  Built and maintained strong partnerships with hiring managers, resulting in streamlined hiring processes, improved candidate experience, and repeat stakeholder engagement.  Consistently delivered a high-touch candidate experience, contributing to improved offer acceptance rates and long-term candidate relationships.  Leveraged recruiting systems including Workday, Phenom, Paradox, and Slack to efficiently manage candidate pipelines, scheduling, and internal communications across multiple hiring teams.

 Effectively trained and oriented six new recruiters on all relevant business procedures and processes; also instituted three training programs for internal talent acquisition team on key topics – sourcing, ad placement and best practices.  Created info packet to support corporate safety shoe program for all employees, as well as training platform for the talent acquisition team.  Recruited, interviewed and onboarded 300+ supply chain staff at six manufacturing plants across six US states; also sourced 25 candidates each year.  Personally sourced qualified candidates for 50+ different roles with multiple tools – LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake and local college job boards.

 Personally managed all aspects of interviewing, onboarding and deploying 200+ new employees; also partnered with HR and hiring managers in defining and meeting specific recruiting needs.  Initially hired as part-time and promoted to full-time in only three months; also ran solo shifts on Saturdays to ensure optimal efficiencies and productivity at distribution center.  Designed and instituted report to track and reduce missing package volume, generating nightly report to send daily metrics to center operations.

 Succeeded in completing two-month in-house training program and graduating at top of class; also maintained knowledge of relevant FL and local laws.  Effectively handled average of 30+ calls per shift, while responding to and arresting 100+ individuals and contributing to overall community safety.

 Promoted to Shift Leader in in one year because of excellent job performance and team leadership; also personally trained three new employees in operating processes and procedures.  Maintained ServSafe certification throughout tenure and personally helped ten new staff acquire this certification.
