With three decades in branch banking critical roles, I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside frontline teams and witnessing firsthand the impact of consistent, values-driven leadership. My current role as Senior Vice President and Head of HR Business Partnership for Metrobank’s Branch Banking Sector allows me to support thousands of banking professionals - helping shape a culture rooted in passion for results, core values, teamwork, and care for the customer. My journey has taught me that real transformation happens when we invest in people. Whether it’s enabling leaders to thrive, aligning HR with business goals, or simply listening with empathy, I strive to lead with impact and purpose. Beyond the workplace, I serve through World Vision Philippines and Grace Christian Church of the Philippines. These responsibilities remind me to steward both influence and service with grace - and to always remain teachable in every season.
