My role as Director of all human capital at McKeil Marine Limited is the overall management and direction of the Human Resources department. It is our key focus to retain and attract superior candidates to support our Company Mission to be recognized for our sailing and support crew as first choice for tug and barge services. My drive is to support our McKeil culture and family of shore and vessel based crew. We are McKeil Marine. McKeil Marine Limited provides innovative marine transportation solutions and special project support to its many customers across the Great Lakes, St. Lawrence Seaway, Eastern seaboard and Canadian Arctic. The McKeil Group operates a diverse fleet of vessels and specializes in the transportation of dry and liquid bulk, oversized project cargoes, heavy equipment, and general cargo.
