As Addiction Medicine Fellowship Coordinator and ETSU BMAT Project ECHO Coordinator for the Department of Family Medicine, I am creating roles and responsibilities for two new positions with limited supervision. These are new positions where I am establishing policies and procedures for both as well. For our ACGME accreditation submission, I processed and executed 17 agreements, coordinated 7 uploads of information, and collected/input CV information for 14 program faculty for submission of the ACGME application for accreditation of the Addiction Medicine Fellowship Program. ETSU BMAT Project ECHO Coordinator is a new initiative that composes 50% of my position. It includes facilitating a weekly online clinic that provides CME credits. In conjunction with our CME department, I coordinate speaker presentations, disclosure information, evaluations, and ensuring CME credits are properly distributed. Administrative responsibilites include managing the Program Director’s schedule, travel, purchasing, credentialing, and budget management.

I am happy to be supporting the ETSU Department of Physical Therapy's clinical education program with upgraded electronic communications, initiating and implementing new clinical education software, and marketing initiatives. I also manage all clinical affiliation agreements for the College of Clinical and Rehabilitative Health Sciences. Learning new tasks and procedures every day!

* I created all publications, both internal and external, mailings for annual giving promotions, and planned fundraisers including the “ask event” and other donor cultivation programs * created a variety of marketing plans including volunteer recruitment and cookie sales * maintained website and updated with current content * wrote press releases and public service announcements, conducted television and radio interviews, and initiated community partnerships.

I provided marketing initiatives, facebook page creation, community outreach directives and office staff support.

QCOM Web Media Coordinator

I provide brand development, website copywriting and layout creation, Facebook page and group creation and maintenance. I also update magazines and marketing materials and assist in strategic consulting, including business plan and sales strategy development. I enjoy advising new businesses on formation of public relations initiatives and giving clients onsite and offsite instruction for social networking practices. Current clients include Mauk's of Jonesborough and Roberson's Mellomoon Moonshine.

Activities and Societies: I worked full time at Sprint in Johnson City, Tennessee. I organized work fundraisers for Relay for Life.
