A hybrid role split between being a People Partner and Recruitment Partner

My role is an onsite Recruiter for Xerox. I am recruiting for roles across various disciplines and levels. • Responsible for all experience hire recruitment primarily via direct recruitment for the UK and Europe, including headhunting • Taking role briefings from line managers and liaising directly with them to discuss candidates and feedback and all other administration including interview scheduling • Writing and advertising job descriptions on various jobboards and social media

Responsibility for the facilitation of all permanent and contract recruitment within various divisions including Customer Service, HR, Risk & Compliance, Legal and Finance • Responsible for all experience hire recruitment within the divisions mentioned above via internal mobility, direct recruitment and third party suppliers • Developing and maintaining relationships with line managers • Scheduling interviews and organising assessment centres for roles including facilitation of SHL testing • Working with managers to write Job Descriptions and develop the best methods to assess candidates • Managing relationships with third party suppliers including negotiation of fees • Performing regular agency reviews and providing statistical reports on performance • Conducting HR competency based interviews and telephone screenings, assessing presentations and role plays • Coordinating and chairing face to face role briefings with hiring managers and agencies • Advising hiring managers of recruitment best practice and market data • Consulting and advising hiring managers at candidate offer stage of appropriate salary levels based on internal and external compensation information
