My scope covers the full HR lifecycle, with a strong focus on team building, organizational growth, and supporting business expansion across regions. Serve as the HR Business Partner supporting the company’s operations across the United States and Canada. ASIA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL LIMITED (Parent Company of Harrow Schools in the Asia-Pacific Region) Hong Kong | Wan Chai Group HR Director | Dec 2019 – Jun 2021 Reported to the Group CFO and led a regional HR team of seven supporting Harrow schools and operations across Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Mainland China. Held full responsibility for HR leadership across organizational strategy, talent acquisition, HR governance, compensation strategy, employee relations, performance management, and expatriate management. Built and strengthened the Group’s recruitment platform to attract top talent in the international education sector and expand leadership pipelines across multiple markets. Partnered closely with executive leadership and school management teams to support compliance, governance, fairness, and sustainability standards while aligning HR priorities with operational and financial goals. Led cross-regional HR initiatives to standardize policies and processes across schools, improving consistency and operational efficiency. Took on HR decision-making responsibilities, offering professional insights to align HR management with business goals.
