At Cline Wood, I am a member of the Marketing Department in the Transportation division. I secure new and renewal coverage terms for the owners of fleets of semi-trucks. My duties include relationship building with multiple direct and wholesale markets, staying informed of changes in appetites of insurance carriers, applicability of surplus line taxes and fees, coverage issues and comparisons, and pricing negotiations. I work with fleets of all sizes, ranging from 10 units to hundreds of units. In addition to the standard lines of coverage for auto fleets (AL, GL, PD, MTC), I also place coverage for Garage Keepers/Garage Liability, Workers Compensation, Property, Excess, and Occupational Accident.

At Haas & Wilkerson, I was responsible for a book of business of fair and festival centered clients. These insureds ranged from small, weekend-long festivals to year-round operations. I was solely responsible for every aspect of the client servicing- including meeting with clients prior to their renewal, marketing the account upon renewal, frequent interaction with the clients regarding changes in operations, endorsement requests, insurance certificate issuance, policy binding, policy checking, etc. I consistently assisted a producer in closing new business acquisitions. I was recognized many times for the "high five award", given to those who go above and beyond their job duties to help the team.

* Responsible for: * Day to day handling of 30 accounts worth nearly $1.1 million in revenue * Assist in insurance renewal process * Meet with clients to review their insurance programs * Manage a Technical Service Assistant (direct on certificate requests, major and minor projects, etc.) * I began my employment with Lockton as a Technical Services Assistant. I earned a promotion to Account Administrator through dedication, hard work, and education in the insurance arena.
